Kia ora Molly,
ReplyDeleteWell done on starting the Summer Learning Journey I really like the waka you created, did you use drawing or Sumo Paint or something else?
Which food is your favourite? Mine would be a nice crisp, sweet apple.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more posts.
Nga mihi,
Mark
Hi Mark I hope you are having a good holiday? I have been doing blog posts but I am jut editing them. By the way my favourite food on that list would probably be the Apples. Are you allowed to to some blog posts when it is not the correct day or week?

ReplyDeleteKia ora Molly, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
Well done for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and creating this blog post about 10 food items you would take with you if you were going on a sea voyage with no refrigerator or freezer!
You have included some awesome food items on your list. Tinned fruit, weet-bix, gherkins and tinned tuna are all great picks because they are non-perishable foods and will last a long time. What made you decide to include these foods on your list?
Looking at all of the different foods you have on your list, what kind of meals would you make to eat?
If I were going on this sea voyage, I would pack peanut butter. I eat peanut butter every morning, and don’t think I could go a day without it! Plus, peanut butter is full of protein which would keep me full, and it lasts a while before expiring.
